Innovative Projects

Title of the Project: Automatic Fire Detection and Control Using Projectile Extinguishing

Abstract

Fire accidents are becoming a common occurrence all around the World. Several innovations have been made so far to reduce the repercussions of fire accidents, be it damage to assets or casualties due to panicked surges in the crowd. The aim of our project is to develop comprehensive fire detection and control system for prompt identification thus reducing the property damage of fire accidents in both residential and commercial settings. This can be done by detecting the area of fire at the earliest using image processing for precise fire extinguishing only in the vicinity of fire, thus preventing spreading of fire and reducing property damage. The system will consist of various components including micro-controller (AT89s52), relays and motors. Our project will also involve educating the public on fire safety measures and conducting regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Additionally, our project will explore the use of technologies such as Python and Image processing to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the fire detection and control system. The successful implementation of this project will result in a significant reduction in fire-related deaths and property damage, thereby improving public safety and security.

Applications

  • Helps to rid-off the fire in easy way. The cause of fire came be easy captured. Reduce the camera and sprinkler

Title of the project : Ultrasonic Guide for Visually Impaired

Abstract

The main concept is to develop a device for the visually impaired people as an Assistance System in their day-to-day life. The device measures the distance of the obstacle approaching the person with the help of an ultrasonic sensor, placed in the goggles to detect the obstacle. In the detection of the obstacle an alert message is sent in the form of vibration to the person by vibration motors. This system functions like an assistive guide to the visually impaired person for the safety purpose as well as help them continue their regular routine without any issues.

Applications

  •  Helps the visually impaired people to avoid the obstacles in a efficient way by alerting the person in Advance

Title of the Project: Automated Anti Collision Braking System

Abstract

The number of vehicle collisions at urban and rural places has been on the rise in spite of technological innovations and advancements for vehicle safety. It has been reported that nearly a third of all reported crashes occur in such areas due to over speeding. Consequently, there is a need for a reliable-real time accident avoiding system that can avoid vehicles of a potential collision.

Applications

  • Helps to avoid collision of vehicles due to unconsciousness and over speeding .Reduce the cause of death.

Title of the Project: Non-Invasive Level Estimation of Blood Glucose and Hemoglobin

Abstract

Diabetes is one of the prominent diseases around the world. Presently, invasive techniques need a finger-prick blood sample. A blood hemoglobin measurement device was designed and developed without pricking the blood. This non-invasive device is based on the principle of the near-infrared spectroscopy technique with specific short wavelengths for detection of the Hemoglobin molecules. The proposed technique is implemented using emitters and camera of particular specifications and ratings. The data acquisition module is also implemented with combinations of emitters and a Camera to collect the data. The proposed non-invasive device is examined by placing fingertip into the embedded clips which contain emitters and detectors. Hence, continuous blood Hemoglobin monitoring is possible through a developed prototype. The mechanism of Hemoglobin detection is that when the light of specific wavelengths passes through the object, then the received resultant light corresponds to the change in blood Hemoglobin concentration. These collected spectrums are interpreted in the form of blood Hemoglobin concentration using a machine learning-based CNN model.

Applications

  • Providing a point of care tool (PoC) to patients for estimating glucose and hemoglobin level.
